Reintroducing The Brawley Estate
Nestled a few miles north of Charlotte is a venue built on over 22 acres of land where you can literally “spread your wings”. As a wedding and event planner seeing an abundance of flat land suitable for tenting larger events is a delicious treat! It’s been over a year since an event has taken place on site and with new management, The Brawley Estate is ready to host events of any size. This past Friday , LTD Events and David (Event Professor) hosted a VIP Planners’ Luncheon for a few wedding and corporate event professionals from the Charlotte and surrounding area to reintroduce us to the space. It was a brisk February day (actually a few snow flurries had passed over) but it was definitely an afternoon well spent.
Janet, from LTD greeted everyone as they stepped off the bus from Charlotte and directed them to the Grand Oak Pavilion where we were met with a glass of champagne. Stepping into the room, which is suitable for hosting close to 350 people reception size- there a long table was set in festive, Fall decor. We mixed and mingled with catching up over bubbly until signaled by David, the Event Professor that lunch was ready to be served.
While enjoying lunch, David and Janet provided us with a brief introduction and history to the property. Executive Chef Aaron of LaTeaDa’s Catering made came out to introduce the courses.
Heather and Carla’s plus “1” and “future event professionals” did not miss one beat of the fun.
